Thanks for returning to HCM with more information on you problem. From your medication list I would say that the spironolactone can cause elevated potassium levels and this can cause some mouth and taste changes. I recommend you have your physician check you potassium levels. Also Multivitamins in high doses can also cause abnormal tastes and I would recommend reducing or stopping your vitamins
