Hello dear,welcome to health care magic forum. As you describes,it feels like a hematoma/contusion.It can be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs for a few days.Your doctor will guide you. If it is not painful,just apply ice packs for 10 minutes,4-5 times a day;but report to doctor if it is not getting down in 2 days/painful. Take care,Thank you.

hello, thanks for ur query, post fall, thigh swelling could be simple contusion or haematoma or femur fracture, do one xray femur, to rule out fracture. u can start tab. emangen- d( declofenac+ serropeptidade) twice daily for7 days. all d best. take care.
