I had gone through the case and found that you are taking Atorva statin for lipid profile.

I have lot of patients like you. So do not worry , if you follow my diet and exercise plan then definitely your cholesterol will come normal.

1- Do exercise for 30minute/daily.

2- Take night soaked almond 10-12/day with skimmed milk.

3- Avoid Yellow portion (yolk) of egg and red meat.

4-Take Fish oil or flex seed for Omega 3 fatty acid.

5- Avoid Refined flour like bread, biscuits, sugar and rice, rusk.

6- Take brown sugar, Brown rice.

7- Take fruits whenever feel hunger.

After following it, definitely your lipid profile will be normal.

But do not stop the medicine, its requirement will be decreased after 1month.
