Hi, If there is no pop felt, it could be eustachian tube block. Decongestants should help in relieving block. Hearing problems requires ENT evaluation as it is not related to eustachian tube alone. Do get an hearing test done. Thanks

I am not aware of any serious organic medical problem that explains this symptoms. However if you suffer from nasal congestion or throat pain, perhaps eustachian tube opening could be a factor contributing.
