You are mostly having GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of chest tightness. So avoid stress and tension, hot spicy food. Avoid junk food. Start proton pump inhibitors. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in the bed to prevent reflux. Please hit thanks

doctor1 MD
