Hello! I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). It seems to be acid peptic disease or reflux disease. for this take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole and a prokinetic agent like domperidone. Avoid fatty meal and don't lie soon after taking meals, keep at least a gap of at least 2 hours. take small and frequent meals instead of full meal at a time.I hope I have answered your query and this will help.

Hi it is most likely due to esophagitis. It can occur from gastric reflux.in such case proton pump inhibitor therapy helps. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Thanks
