Welcome, It is most common Heart valve disease. In most, it does not show any symptoms and thus it does it not need treatment. Symptoms like Chest pain, Palpitation, Tiredness you may need treatment. Endocarditis and Stroke are very rare in MVPS. Some have migraine type of headache. Echocardiography and 24-hour Holter monitor every few year needed. Only few need Beta blockers and Surgery.Takecare
