General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,Rjoodr,
Welcome to HCM,
As you have got some cardiac problem it is advisable to go for spinal anesthesia.
Now a days they go for Epidural injection.
Off course they will go for physician's opinion before Cesarean section.
Ok and bye.

Pain Medicine & Palliative Care Specialist Dr. Kerry Pottinger's  Response
Hi,
Spinal anesthesia has many benefits for you undergoing a cesarean section. Regarding your PSVT, it is safe to choose spinal anesthesia. I have anesthetised a number of patients with PSVT using spinal anesthesia and there have been no episodes of PSVT.
