That's a LOT of drugs together. Not entirely safe and it certainly makes no sense at all to take both uppers (dexadrine) and sedatives (ativan + morphine). Combinations of drugs all with effects on alertness just is a bad idea (ativan + morphine can be fatal if the doses are moderately high); (dexedrine and buprorprian have mild interaction).

Morphine is an opioid analgesic. It affects acutely, rather than having any chronic effect. No, it would not cause memory loss. Possibly reduced physical activity could be one of the cause for memory loss. Thanks.
