check out with ECG and tmt

Hi, Welcome to HCM. Negative TMT stress test means patient can reach to target heart rate (220-pt's age) without showing any ECG abnormality. This is suggestive that the blockage of coronary arteries that supplies blood to heart is less severe. So Congrats!! your mother is not having any serious heart problem. Please say thanks if its helpful.

Hi, I have read your query. Negative ECG tmt echo trop 1 means chance of heart damage are minimal, but as a diabetic with age is 52 yrs this increases your future susceptibility of heart damage . So must consult you doctor regarding the dose of anti-diabetic drugs and regarding on and off chest pain. It may be possible that your cholesterol level may be increased in these days Thanks.
