Suggest Antibiotics For E.coli Infection

My fiance is 22 weeks pregnant and allergic to penicillin. She tested positive a few weeks ago for Proteus Mirabilis and was prescribed Nitrofurantoin. A follow up test revealed E. Coli present. What are recommended antibiotic treatments that she can be prescribed?
