A friends son was given adivan for DMD and started having trouble breathing. Could it have been the adivan?

Please mention the purpose of giving Lorazepam in your friend`s son and the dosage.As such Larazepam has side effect of respiratory depression.If there is weakness of respiratory muscle or any infection , it would be precipated due to Lorazepam.
