Hello and thank you for your question. It sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection. These are usually viral and resolve in 7-10 days without treatment. However sometimes you may develop an ear infection as a complication of this so if your ear pain is severe please see a doctor because you may need antibiotics. Drink plenty of fluids and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for sore throat.
