Hello dear, This is formed by blockage of minor salivary gland ducts.This is a recurring condition.It is unlikely to be helped by antiseptic rinses,as this is not an infection. If it causes trouble,the only cure is to remove it under local anesthesia. You can see a general surgeon/OMFS surgeon for this. Hope this answer will be helpful.Thank you.
