Good evening. No it doesn't lower the iron levels especially after 2 days of smoking. Your lethargy, slow reactions are due to the drug itself. It slows down your brain due to it s toxic effects and all the reflexes are delayed. Just keep hydrating urself and drink some coffee/tea as it works as a stimulant for brain. The effect will wear off in 2-3 days. But yes, dont smoke for next few days.
