Hello Fatty liver is a reversible condition.However,underlying cause should be searched. It may be due to obesity,altered lipid profile etc. You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,lipid profile,LFT,RFT. Proper treatment depend upon findings. hello. see, grade 2 fatty liver is not a very advanced stage of the disease. so you need not worry much. but do the following- stop alcohol if you are an alcoholic. avoid taking fatty and high calorie diet. try to lose some weight if you are obese. do brisk physical activities. get the underlying causes treated if any. take tab udiliv 150 twice daily. regards
