Hi, Welcome to HCM, I think you have done all the right things. If the swelling is reducing then its good. Please have a check closely if any sting particle is left over at the site, if yes, remove it off from the skin else it can persist the allergy. Drink plenty of eater and observe the swelling closely. If it worsens, you might need to consult a doctor. Take care. Happy to help.
