Good evening man. Well pinguela normally is a beningn thing and does not cause any troubles. At times, it starts approaching the cornea and can cause blurring of the vision. But the only cure for it is surgery. It is a minor procedure and can be carried out on OPD basis. Lot of people do it for cosmetic reasons. Try wearing shades in the sun to prevent it s further progression. Hope this was helpf
