Hi, welcome to HCM. Tonsilar problems are common in children due to infections and rarely we see in adults and bleeding is main problem after surgery which is difficult to control in adults. Regards

Hello Thanks for the query It is very unlikely that the bruises have anything to do with the tonsillectomy. If the bruises look like bleeding spots then I would want you to get a liver function test done along with PT, PTT, INR and platelets to see for any abnormality in coagulation profile.
