Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
A mole inside the nostril seems to be a rare possibility. It could be a polyp, angiofibroma or simply hypertrophy of a nasal structure known as turbinates. The diagnosis could only be confirmed by an ENT specialist. As she is having breathing difficulty, a consultation with doctor on urgent basis is mandatory.
Regards.
