Hello and welcome to HCM, Fainting attacks and blurring vision is suggestive of vaso vagal attacks. Fainting attacks in the absence of eating regularly suggests hypoglycemia. You need to eat small meals regularly. Vaso vagal attacks are due to decreased blood supply to brain for fraction of second. There is nothing to worry. This could be due to enlarging uterus. You can wait till delivery.

dear,if u got ur periods 3 months ago then get a UPT OR A SCAN th be assure of ur pregnancy,if there is pregnancy positive then u r developing Hyperemesis gravidarum means in which patient feels so many times vomiting episodes ,so dizziness and fainting attack,i will suggest u to get admitted at hospital to stop ur vomiting otherwise more dehydration and low bp will trouble u
