Hi, My cousin is diagnosed with Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH). What is best treatment available for this disease and Where?

Treatment is determined by whether the PH is arterial, venous, hypoxic, thromboembolic, or miscellaneous.Different modalities of treatment are available diuretics, beta blocker, ACE inhibitors, etc. Surgical: repair or replace the aortic valve or the mitral valve depending upon the course of PPH.
