Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Asymptomatic hepatitis b carrier state is there. Here there won't be symptoms and LFT will be normal. Only thing is they will be positive for hepatitis b virus and can transmit it. Later they may show symptoms Hope I have been helpful. Regards Dr.Deepika Patil
