Red Rash With White Spots On Tongue. Itching, Thirsty, Dry Mouth. Face Turns Red Around Nose, Mouth. Diagnosis?

Hello I have been getting this red rash on my tongue for 3 months now. It consist of little white and red spots around mostly the side and tip of my tongue also my tongue becomes itchy and the tip and sides of my tongue also turn strawberry red. I am also feeling thirsty and having dry mouth constantly. Whenever I feel pain in my gum, blood comes out from it, my face turn red, especially around my mouth and nose area.

I would come up with these possibilities for such type of tongue redness, these includes.
1 Geographic tongue , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical as well clinical examination .
2 Allergic reaction to certain food , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for allergic items.
3 If you are female and age is around 50 years may be due to menopausal syndrome.Diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of estrogen , androgen ANDROGEN level.
In my opinion consult an E N T /physician and get their opinion.
