Hi, Minimal fibro-hazed densities seen in both upper lobes. likely due to koch's means you are having old healed pulmonary tuberculosis in both upper lobes of the lungs.To determine whether you need any treatment for tuberculosis ,you have to undergo sputum for AFB for 03 consecutive days and also HRCT (high resolution computed tomography) chest.
