Hi, Welcome to HCM, You seem to be having oily skin. I understand your concern but you need to understand that your skin is an oily skin. All you can do is clean as frequently as possible and use not so oily soap. Along with that drink plenty of water and take less oily foods. Will surely show some improvement. Take care.
