Hello, Stop alcohol,if taking. Avoid fatty diet and drink plenty of water. Stop pain killers and herbal preparations,if using. Eat fresh fruits,green vegetables and do regular exercises. Get the liver enzymes repeated after 6 weeks. If still high,then consult a Gastroenterlogist for proper evaluation and investigations so that cause can be found and treated accordingly. Thanks
