What's your question here. Are you asking what to do after having calf pain due to prolong standing or exercising under son then I suggest to use cold pack on your painful calf muscle and do stretching to relax your muscles. It will take some time to give you relief. And if pain continue you can also use hot pack later or deep your leg in hot water. Hit thanks and take care.

Hi, If this pain has started spontaneously without warning and there is some swelling, I suggest you see a doctor to exclude a DVT. If the pain followed exercise then it may be a pulled muscle. In this case, elevate your leg and apply ice 4 times a day. Regards, Dr K A Pottinger
