If you want to try to treat it naturally, drink copious amounts of water and cranberry juice or cranberry supplements. Avoid sugary cranberry juices. Drink approx. 3 8-oz glasses a day (or smaller amounts more often.) Urinate often - don't hold it in. BUT if you have any signs that it is turning into a kidney infection (fever, nausea, flank pain) then you must go to dr for antibiotic.

Hello! Yes it is possible and UTI are very common during pregnancy. In pregnant women, hormones cause changes in the urinary tract, which predispose women to infections. In addition, a growing uterus presses on the bladder, preventing the complete emptying of urine and predisposing for infection. Hope it helps. Take care
