The cramps can be due to fatigue and tiredness. Have lots of fluids. If calf pain worsens, have an evaluation to rule out thrombosis.

if you are wearing high heel slippers, that will be the cause of your pain. it has got nothing to do with drinking water. do regular walking with sport shoes. this will lead to cramps in calf muscles too. consult orthopaedician for the right treatment
