Hi. What you are describing sounds like dyshidrotic eczema which effects as reddish spots or tiny blisters on the fingers and toes. They can cause your fingertips to be sensitive. The causes are generally allergic or inflammatory due to contact with an irritant. This may be associated with a fungal infection as well. This can be cured easily. Treatment needs to be prescribed by a dermatologist
