Diagnosed With Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Hashimoto's, Unspecified Connective Tissue Disease. What Is Causing Body Temperature To Drop?

I have a lot of diffferent symptoms, fatigue, muscle/joint pain, dizziness, blurred vision, errosion of the stomach lining, low grade fevers for no apparent reason, I get small blood blisters on my arms and legs for no reason, I have some type of skin "rash" ( slightly raised, red, does not itch except sometimes when it first appears) that lasts for years, I have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, hashimoto's and unspecified connective tissue disease. My latest concern is that over the last couple of months my body temperature drops to 95 degrees. my thyroid blood work is normal. What could be causing this to happen. When it drops like this, I feel like I am running a high fever.
