Hi dear,complex regional pain syndrome(CRPS) is a name given for a group of conditions in which the extent of pain will be very much more for a relatively smaller injury.A pain flare usually gets better after a few days or a week. During this time, you may need to have less intense physical therapy and may need additional pain medicine treatment.but relax do meditation which will help you better.

Ganglion cyst is a benign lesion. It is filled with joint fluid as it is connected with a joint. There is nothing dangerous in it however it might be painful. If it doesnt bother you, you can leave it alone. If there is a pain, consult a surgeon and have it removed.

HI. THe ganglion - if small can be kept as it is and may resolve on their own. IT can be injected or operated to get it removed. After removal there are chances of recurrence for which you have to be ready.
