Hi, If your temperature is below 102°, no treatment is necessary beside waiting for the fever to pass. Take an over-the-counter medicine such as ibuprofen (Advil) or acetaminophen (Tylenol). Taking a lukewarm shower or bath. Putting an damp cloth on your forehead. Applying a damp cloth to legs, feet and neck. Drink lots of water in order to stay properly hydrated.
