It is just taking a little longer. If it takes more time to dissolve, there might be an underlying infection or pus collection.

Hi, Check if it is absorbable sutures. Absorbable sutures gets absorbed. Otherwise, stitches needs to be removed. If absorbable, 3-4 weeks, it will get dissolved.
