Teenage Pregnancy. Bright Red Colour On Tissue When Wiped. Reason?

Hello I m 18 years old and I m 10 weeks pregnant but the weirdest thing happened to me last night I had gone to the restroom and I had went pee but it really burned but when I wiped myself a faint red color came out and this morning I went again and nothing it didn t burn as much but it was clear what does that mean? Please help me out I m scared

thank you for your query.
Spotting at 10 weeks is sometimes common in a normal pregnancy, however it could be indicative of an impending miscarriage or low lying placental tissue.
Burning during urination is also something that requires evaluation in pregnancy.
Please consult your gynecologist, rest adequately, take plenty of fluids and have an ultrasound.
