Clicking In Throat, Louder When Open Mouth. Could This Clicking Be The Valve Or Carotid Stenosis?

I am a 32 year old female and when I lean forward I can hear a clicking in my throat that is in sync with my heartbeat . It is louder when I open my mouth as if it is resonating from the back of my throat. I am a cardiac nurse and I do have MVP with no regurgitation. Could this clicking be the valve or is it potentially something else (like carotid stenosis )?

this is very unlikely to be MVP manifestation ! every 6months get your echo done and look for regurgitation!
