Hi. What test returned positive? And your doctor should be looking for conditions like infections, polyps, fibroids, myoma, endometriosis, adenomyosis, etc. A urine test, vaginal swab test, pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) might be required. Hope this helps. Take care.

doctor1 MD

Hi, I read your query and I understand your concerns. Following is my reply: 1) You need to get operated. 2) Get Myoma as well as endometrioma removed. 3) Ask for laparoscopic surgery which is less invasive. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Regards, Dr. Mahesh Koregol
