Hi there. Yes, definitely do brush your teeth twice a day. Use a good mouth wash, gargle and spit it out. Chew on a small piece of clean cardamom. Drink water at regular intervals. Do visit a dentist to see if there is any dental caries or gum problems, which might be the cause of bad breath.
