Hi, The effect of Timolol eye drops may be increased by Wellbutrin. Therefore, your intraocular pressure may be lower than usual. Also, your heart rate may be lower than usual for you. These are effects are uncommon but you should have your intraocular pressure monitored for this consequence of Wellbutrin. Regards, Dr K A Pottinger, MBChB FRCA

Hi dear.Thanks for posting me HCM. You need glasses when you have astigmatism since it cannot be corrected by laser surgery.Further glaucoma will be treated by eye drops(timolol ect.).Suggest Tab.Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily for three days.It relives your pain and is available overthecounter.What is the reason for swelling of nose?Any history of injury?Reply with thanks if you like.
