Thanks for contacting HCM. Your blood pressure is slightly elevated but it is not in a dangerous range. I recommend that you start with a low salt diet and exercise regularly. Avoid caffeine and alcohol as they can cause BP to elevate. If you develop chest pain or weakness on one side of your body or the other then I recommend you seek medical attention.
