Can be dried blood from anywhere in the urinary tract. BUT it is hard for blood in the urinary tract to find a dry place! Much more likely (I've had this personally) is a very small kidney stone. These can be from calcium oxalate crystals (most common), or gout (less common) or a medication that has crystalized (sulfa drug... quite rare). Treatment is having a decent flow of water.
