Nausea, Diarrhea. On MDMA, Started Probiotics. Any Advice?

I have been taking MDMA for 4 years now, probably once a month. A month ago, after taking MDMA, I started to experience intense nausea and diarrhea. It has been three weeks of these symptoms. some days are better that others, depending on what i eat. Fruits and vegies and bread are best for me. Drinking water makes me feel better. I started to take probiotics recently and yogurts to help. Is there anything else I should do?

Hi, it appears that the effect may be not a direct side effect, but may be due to the effect of the drug on the nerves, and causing excitation over the autonomic and somatic nerves.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ranitidine 300mg B.D, and methylcobalamine. and advise to avoid spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Thank you.
