I don t know if you get any therapy, but when the disease is diagnosed, than intravenous gamma globulin is the standard treatment which is given in high doses. Treatment must be started right away to prevent damage to the coronary arteries and heart. Since you developed heart problems, you obviously didn t react on the therapy or didn t get any. Some research suggests that adding steroids or TNF inhibitors such as Enbrel to the treatment routine may help. So try to find the nearest immunologist who will help you with the best therapy.
