Suggest Treatment For Reactive Hypoglycemia

I am hoping someone can help me I suffer from what my Doctors have named clinickely Dangerous Reactive Hypoglycemia. I am disabled from it. Unfortunately, where we live in Northern Colorado, good doctors are few and far between, especially anyone that knows about hypoglycemia. I have been through the so called ringer and they cannot find the cause! Cat scans find nothing, and even though blood work comes back strange, it is inconsistent. What I suffer from is not your normal hypoglycemia! I don’t ever have an attack while fasting and the last 3 day fast they had me do I felt great Surprisingly, the attacks only happen after I have eaten something or if I do something strenuous, it does not matter what food sets it off, a Stake can set it off just as fast as sugar. Even more bazar I go through fazes where I will have no problems for a while then out of nowhere I am passing out because my blood sugar is in the low 40s once it was even captured as low as 28.Now that being said as part of my symptoms I get spasms on the left side of my abdomen just under my rib cage as if someone knocked the wind out of me then I get sick usually fallowed by a low blood sugar attack two months ago by a hunch my Dr. sent me to get a Hida Scan and found I have a non-working gallbladder apparently I have had this problem for years. My Dr hinted that there might be a connection. My question is could a bad gallbladder effect your pancreas so much that it causes hypoglycemia? Also have you ever encountered anyone like myself and what was your findings?

Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir / madam i can understand your concern.
i am sorry for the condition what you are facing.
in my opinion doctor has already done most of test like cat scan so i guess the diagnosis like tumour is ruled out
There is not much relationship between gallbladder and hypoglycemia.
Gallbladder is related mostly to fat digestion not with carbohydrate.
My suggestion is take frequent and small meals to keep your sugars study
This kind of cases are little rare in regular practice usually we will see this kind of picture in Pheochromocytoma and prediabetes only.
