Is Creatine Safe For Me ?

I am 18 years old. No past medical history. No history in my family of any liver or kidney disease. I was wondering if it is safe to supplement with creatine. I would be following the dosage and only performing the cycle for one month to increase my ATP and muscle mass for an endurance test. I am also following a very healthy diet as well. Also, although creatine is not FDA regulated, Creapure is the type of creatine I am planing on using. It is the purest form available.

Hi.. Creatine is associated with potentially dangerous complications involving the liver, kidney problems. It is also known to cause other problems including diarrhoes, weight gain, muscle pains , muscle cramps.. Hence the usage has to be monitered by a health care professional... It is difficult to predict what the result going to be before hand..
