How do can I cure Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) ?
I sometimes need to go to the bathroom at night.
I use stinging nettle .Do you have other ideas ?

Ayurveda has treatment for this but you would need to take these medications for a long time:
The remedies and dosage for you:
1. Chandraprabha tablet 2tabs twice a day
2. Goxuradi gugal. 2tabs twice a day
3. Punarnavashtak ghan tablet 2 tabs twice a day.
You should be taking these medicines either empty stomach or after meal.
You could possibly source them from India if you do not get it in your city.
