Child, Not Responding To Parents, Hurting Others, Upset After Missing Toys. Signs Of Autism?

i was wondering if these signs may be sigsn of my son being autistic. messing in his pants, not responding to adults, being hartless to other children like always hitting spitting, when emptying a toy box he dose it one at a tme and always seperates the toys by size shape n color. having a toy setting it on the couch then not being around for days and very upset when the toy is nolonger there?

autism can present in several forms..this seems like autism..its a form of pervasive developmental disorder..i suggest you consult a neurologist who could onfirm this by neuroimaging..i would also like to add that its a progressive disorder where child may develop communication abnormality in future.so its better you consult neurologist..there are available modalities of treatment like anti psychotic and anti depressants drugs, speech and language therapy social skill therapy..but however after all this independent survival is unlikely..
