What Causes Bleeding When In Anxiety In A Sensory Processing Disorder Patient?

My 10 yo daughter has Asperger s syndrome and sensory processing disorder. She tantrums frequently and suffers from anxiety. For about the past year she gets nose bleeds every time she gets even slightly upset. She s not taking any prescription medication. What is causing her to bleed when she s upset? It happens almost every day and a few times a day. It doesn t bleed for more than a few minutes each time but it scares me and her as well.

Hai... You are saying she's not on amy medication...that's good news. People with tantrums are known to have sudden spurts of blood pressure changes. I advice you not to ignore it & consult your pediatrician immediately...but I am reassuring you that this might not be an emergency. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
