What To Do For Blood Clot In The Artery?

I had a complete hysterectomy, done robotically at the end of January of last year. During my surgery I was nicked at a main artery and was told there is a blood clot there where I was nicked. I have been having some pains that have come and gone or should I say subside since my surgery. Is this something that is or can be serious? Do I need to be concerned? What should I do?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can really appreciate your concern it is all depends upon the which artery has got the clot and the size of clot does this clot obstruct the blood flow, and according to data obtained this is being managed for the pain you can try any NSAID and the best option in my opinion is Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
